Completely overhaul Public Storage's outdated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communications system that handles how it communicates to its tens of thousands of current and potential U.S. customers.

Result

Working with agency engineers, business analysts, and designers, created a communications gap analysis and new voice and tone for all digital and print messaging. Then generated brand-tailored content and dynamic fields for hundreds of new communications for every step of the customer research, reservation, account management, and move-out cycle.
